If you read the last newsletter you saw that The Lab staff was very busy in some big competitions! Well, the results are in!
Liz Seely competing in her very first figure show finished in the middle of the pack. Very impressive for a rookie and stripping down on stage for the very first time. That is one thing I will never get the courage to do, or shave my legs.
Matt Collum competed in the NAGA Jiu Jitsu championship and WON both the GI and NO GI divisions! Matt simply does not lose!
Todd Mueller competed in Chicago at the Mid West Ironman. Unfortunately Todd did not make weight and was not able to compete. But, he already has a back up meet in place and will come back even stronger for that!
I (Justin) competed in the NAS Strongman National Championships and placed 7th. Although not as good as I hoped I am not entirely depressed over it as I took allot from it and know that with more training next year I can win the whole show. So, back to work!
