- The Lab Gym Summer Open: Weightlifting Competition
- Description:The 2016 LAB GYM Summer OPEN is a sanctioned USA Weightlifting event including both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Medals for 1st-3rd place in each weight class of each division for the best total. Best Lifter Awards will be given to the best Open lifters based on Sinclair formula. USAW MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED.

- The Missouri State Open & State Powerlifting Championships: THIS MEET IS FULL
- This is an open championship. There are no qualifying totals and/or competitions required to enter this championship. Entries will be limited to the first 110 lifters based on arrival date of entry forms. Each lifter competing in the championship must be a member of USA Powerlifting. Memberships to USA Powerlifting can be purchased online at http://www.usapowerlifting.com/membership-application/. Memberships must be purchased prior to meet, no exceptions.

- Awards
- Awards will be presented to all 1st – 3rd place finishers, for each weight class and division. Best Lifter awards will be presented to the best overall male and female lifters of the powerlifting competition. The overall best lifters will be determined by Wilks formula. Additional award will be given to highest Missouri resident in the open class (State winner).

- The Midwest SuperTotal Championships:
- Description: The 2016 Midwest SuperTotal Championships is a combined Weightlifting and Powerlifting competition including all 5 lifts: Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. The combined total will result in the ‘SuperTotal.’ The Weightlifting portion will take place with the Lab Gym Spring Open on Friday and the Powerlifting portion will take place with on Saturday with the USAPL Missouri State Open. Participants may decide to lift in the USAW & USAPL Sanctioned events (USAW & USAPL Memberships required) or the Non-sanctioned event (All rules, judging, and scoring will abide buy the USAW and USAPL standards).

Admission:
All spectators and coaches may enjoy the competition for an admission fee of $5.00 for the entire day. Contest t-shirts will be available for an additional fee of $20.00.
