This is an exciting month at The Lab. We kicked off our first edition of The Lab Gym Biggest Loser Contest last Saturday, February 2nd, in conjunction with the launch of the New Season of group fitness classes. What a great turnout at the launch on Saturday!
The Biggest Loser contest will run throughout the month of February and participants are grouped into four teams. We are all anxious to see the positive effects of some friendly competition, gentle peer pressure from teammates and the accountability factor all come together to help the participants achieve their individual fitness goals!
The winners will be selected based on reduction of body fat% and attendance. Biggest Loser Competitor Diana is pictured here and she is definitely in it to win it! Good Luck to everyone and stay tuned for the announcement of the winners!
