General info: Our clients are ALWAYS EXTREMELY safe as NO MATTER the case, the exercise, the weight, or client, we are always there like a shadow ready to spot/save the weight & client (think of this like walking on egg shells, walking on a bed of nails, playing the game operation, walking with a cup of boiling coffee on your head).  The second they move 1 millimeter out of place you are able to stabilize and support them (we stay tight and close with them, never outside the range of 1 arm length to always be able to reach them and either get them back into their groove or safely abort the set).  We have an exact process to each lift on how we spot in order to do this. Our clients become VERY strong and experience little or no injuries as a result as we always keep them from moving into a bad position (reason for most all injuries), really there is NO excuse for injuries when you spot in this manner. They should never, EVER reach a compromised position and they can always lift more with our tight/seamless mounting and dismounting process.

Likewise, this is customer service. We do ALL of the weight allocation (loading the bars, grabbing the plates, dumbbells, bars, collars, wraps,  and do so with speed and accuracy) as well as ALL of the lifting and moving outside of actually performing the set.  We even mount them up into the best lifting position before they even begin the set.  We ensure proper stance, positions and posture hold, grip, and all things considered to cue up the perfect reps and sets.  Thus our clients experience amazing service and workouts that they could never ever perform on their own (and all of their energies are focused on the sets/reps).  We take them to new heights. *The only exception to loading weights is when training buddy clients or small group training.
