50 ft sprint w/ 30 sec rest x5 rounds

50 ft sprint w/ 60 sec rest x5 rounds

2 Min rest:

Hill Sprints (or treadmill with incline): x100ft

x8 sprints, rest = walk back to start, then add 30 sec clock.

2 min rest:

Brisk walk x 3 miles.

OR

Run/walk 5+ miles
