The Lab Gym’s EXTREME BOOTCAMP: 2/17/14-Monday Homework

Warm up: Bootcamp JTLC
Grand and back (1/2 mile)

Part 1:

Jump Rope: 10 min clock
Every minute on the minute get as many jumps as possible for 30 seconds for the first 5 min.  The last 30 seconds is your rest period.  For the last 5 min: 15 seconds on and 45 seconds off.

Part 2:

Sprint 60s sec

Walk 120 sec

x5-10+ rounds

Total time:

15-30 min

Grand and back 2x (1 mile)

Stretch
